We created Mijas Stay to give property owners a personal, hands-on management service from people who are actually based here in the village.
From bookings, pricing and guest communication to check-ins, cleaning, maintenance and property checks, we take care of everything involved in the day-to-day management of your holiday rental.
Our aim is simple: we take care of everything, so you don’t have to. You stay informed with clear reporting and access to your owner app, while we handle the work on the ground. At the end of each month, you receive your rental income without having to manage the day-to-day operation yourself.
