We take care of the day-to-day management of your holiday rental, including listings, pricing, availability, reservations and calendar management across platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. We keep everything organised and up to date, so you don’t have to manage bookings yourself.
Guest Communication & Check-ins
We handle guest communication from the moment a booking is confirmed through to check-out. We provide arrival information, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, answer guest questions and remain available during their stay if they need local assistance.
Cleaning & Turnovers
We coordinate cleaning and prepare the property between every stay, making sure everything is ready for the next guests. We oversee each turnover, check the property and flag anything that needs attention.
Maintenance & Local Trades
When something needs attention, we coordinate it for you. Being based in Mijas Pueblo, we work with trusted local plumbers, electricians, builders and other tradespeople. We keep you informed about significant work and coordinate access and repairs, so you don’t have to manage problems from a distance.
Key Holding & Property Checks
We securely hold a set of keys to your property and can visit whenever needed. Whether it’s checking the home between stays, giving access to a tradesperson or making sure everything is as it should be, having us based here in Mijas Pueblo means there’s someone nearby looking after your property.
Owner Reporting & Visibility
You’ll always have a clear view of what’s happening with your property. We provide straightforward monthly reports covering bookings, rental income, expenses and property activity. You’ll also have access to your own owner app, where you can see reservations and upcoming stays in real time.
