We’re James and Andrea, and we live and work here in Mijas Pueblo. We created Mijas Stay to offer homeowners a genuinely local, hands-on approach to holiday rental management.
We take care of the day-to-day management ourselves — from bookings and guests to check-ins, cleaning, property checks and maintenance. When something needs attention, we’re nearby to deal with it.
Our focus is deliberately Mijas Pueblo and the immediate surrounding area. By staying local, we can give every property our full attention and provide the personal, hands-on service we believe property management should have.

Mijas Pueblo isn’t just where we work — it’s our home. Being based here means we’re close to the properties we manage and can respond when something needs attention. We also work with trusted local cleaners, plumbers, electricians, builders and other tradespeople.
